Palliative Care

When the time comes to manage the pain or symptoms of an illness we offer specially-trained nurses available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our nurses will work with your physician(s) and our own in-house partners – medical equipment suppliers, pharmacy, and volunteers certified in Reiki and Pet Therapy – to provide the most comfortable experience possible.

Our team of trained professionals will offer comfort care and focus on effective symptom management in collaboration with your physician. The care is individualized but may include pain management and relief of symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, constipation, diarrhea or shortness of breath. We will also provide training for you the caregiver on ways to help manage your loved ones pain and symptoms. Just as important, we will help you to anticipate changes that may occur during the course of your loved ones illness.
